Product (RED)

I had always wanted this red ipod which is one of the Product (RED)’s featured product. (the sentence sounds weird) The Product (RED) fund is a fund that aids countries that are battling with AIDS. It is amazing how a purchase of an ipod or a t shirt could actually change the lives of so many people in country like Africa which is battling AIDS. The website for this fund is rather interesting because they designed a calculator that calculates the items you will buy from Product (RED) and translate them to how much aid you are giving the Africans. This website made me realised how much I can do for this world just by doing what I do best which is shopping. I hope you will take some time and visit Product (RED)’s website to understand and learn more on how you can help to make a difference in this world. That extra t shirt you buy any other day may help make a difference in this world if it’s “Product (RED).

I miss FF

It has been a week since I last did it. I miss FF so much! I am an official junkie, I love the adrenalin rush, I love being able to sweat like hell, I love the exhaustion it gave me, I love the heat burning down my muscles when I over worked it and I love the good night sleep it gave me after that. Yes I am an official Gym Junkie. I had frozen my account for a month due to the commitments I have with work, work and work. I hate work! You may think its absurd to miss working out and a gym but you have no idea how much satisfaction you will get by working out daily. It’s like drugs, addictive! Hahaha.

Those of you who don’t really work out wouldn’t understand this. I felt deprived and when I go back from work I have absolutely nothing to do or anywhere to go except home. Now I truly understand why working men go to gym, aside from avoiding their wives at home they are adrenaline junkies. ( wives out there I suggest you sign up for the same gym as your husbands do, there are loads of temptations th
ere. Better keep an eye on them hahahah) here are some pictures of my beloved Gym!

Be Ripped

I figured since I posted about exercise and skin care I might as well post about nutrition. I am currently a fan of Horleys dietary supplements. This is a product I would highly recommend to those who are serious about loosing weight and maintain muscles. No, I am not ripped yet! YET ok, but I will be hahahah (confidence is a key to success J ). With good daily exercise, healthy diet and some supplements everyone can get those Greek god features and for women Greek goddess. If it still doesn’t work I suggest you to just go and have Lipo suction done and die (lol I’m kidding ya).

The product I am using now is called Horleys Ripper Factor. There are many other products in the market I had tried over the passing years but nothing had worked like this one did. I feel healthier, burn fats faster and best of all I feel more energetic. You can view the product information at www.horleys.co.nz I can assure you that this product really works but I can also assure you that it would not work if you don’t WORK OUT, so don’t be such a lazy bum. There is also some exercise tips and eating guides at the website that can help you achieve your dream bod.

Weight loss is not for lazy bums and don’t give excuses such as no money to go to gym and all there are loads of exercise that needs almost nothing to start such as jogging or stairs climbing. When there is a will there is a way. Cherios!

Memories

Sometimes when you can’t find where your car is parked or where your car keys are you tend to freak out. Yeah, I did. It started out with minor things that most people would call careless, over the times I tend to forget dates, names of people or things and sometimes where I am or what I am currently doing. Yes I admit it I am suffering memory lapse and a sometimes memory loss. I had been having this for a very long time. Without my organizer and phone I think I would be gone by now.

It doesn’t stop there, sentences are harder for me to construct on a regular basis. Pronunciation is getting more difficult and spelling is a nightmare. I am scared, I am upset and I know I’m in denial but I am determined to convey this message to many who read my blog. I want them to understand why I always seemed to be blur and distant at times. Most of all I want them to be aware that this could be happening to them as well.

I did some research to understand my condition and according to the FDA ( www.fda.gov )there are many causes for this “thing” I am suffering from. Of cause I am not qualified to do my own dignosis but I figured why not share these knowledge I got from the research. There are many causes for memory lapse and loss but the most interesting and common ones are as below. ( the below text are strictly copied from www.fda.gov to avoid any misunderstanding of the true meaning of the discussed issue)

1. Medications. Examples of medications that can interfere with memory include over-the-counter and prescription sleeping pills, over-the-counter antihistamines, anti-anxiety medications, antidepressants, some medications used to treat schizophrenia, and pain medicines used after surgery.

2. Alcohol and illicit drug use. Heavy alcohol use can cause deficiencies in vitamin B1 (thiamine), which can harm memory. Both alcohol and illicit drugs can change chemicals in the brain that affect memory.

3. Stress. Stress, particularly due to emotional trauma, can cause memory loss. In rare, extreme cases, a condition called psychogenic amnesia can result. "This can cause someone to wander around lost, unable to remember their name or date of birth or other basic information," Mani says. "It usually resolves on its own."

4. Depression. Depression, which is common with aging, causes a lack of attention and focus that can affect memory. "Usually treating the depression will improve mood and the memory problems may then also improve," Mani says.

Yes, I am suffering from depression and stress; I take antihistamines for my allergies and pain killers for my migraine how ever I don’t do drugs or alcohol. These causes of memory lapse or loss are causes that we can avoid easily by living a happy healthy life, so I hope you readers would try to as I will as well. Good luck.
